PAUL FREDERICK TONEY Sr., 83, of South Point, OH went to
be with his Lord, at Cabell Huntington Medical Center in
Huntington, WV, on Saturday April 26, 2008. Funeral Services will
be Wednesday April 30, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Schneider-Griffin
Funeral Home with Revs Bill Adkins and Phil Faust officiating.
Burial will be in Burlington Greenlawn Cemetery. Paul was born
March 19, 1925 in Whitman, WV, a son of the late Charles and
Millie Freeman Toney. In addition to his parents, an infant son,
Paul, preceded him in death; four sisters: Gladys Butcher; Goldie
Lute; Beulah Robbins; and Georgia Ward; and a brother Clifford
Toney. He is survived by his wife Hettie Allene Canterbury Toney;
sons Gary (Debbie) Toney, of Huntington, WV; Paul (Barbara)
Toney of South Point, OH: daughters: Carol Saunders; Shirley
Willis; Drema Hunninghake, all of South Point; Phyllis (Mike)
Eplion, of Jeffersonville, IN; stepdaughters: Sharon (David) Price,
of Huntington; Penny (Terry) Ticknor, of South Point; Debbie
Canterbury of South Point; Sue Owen of West Palm Beach, FL;
and stepson Ronald (Mary Ann) Canterbury of South Point; 16
grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Friends may call from
6-8 PM Tuesday at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home, Chesapeake.
