THOMAS J. MATTOX, 59, of Chesapeake, OH went to be with
the Lord on Friday May 23, 2008 at the V.A. Medical Center in
Huntington. Funeral Services will be 11 AM on Wednesday May
28, 2008 at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in
Highland Memorial Gardens in South Point, OH. Thomas was born
September 19, 1948 in Carey, OH, the Son of Dorothy Plot Mattox
and the Late John Mattox. Before working for the Veterans’
Administration Thomas was in the Army during the Vietnamese
War. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Juanita
Mattox; daughter Sarah Mattox, both of Chesapeake, OH; and
sister Christine Martin of Ona WV. Military Honors will be
provided by VFW 6878 of Proctorville, OH. Friends may call from
6-8 PM Tuesday at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home, Chesapeake.
