We Offer Many Types of Services
Traditional Funerals
Consists of basic services of the funeral director and staff, arrangements with family,
clergy, cemetery, and others necessary, all necessary forms, authorizations, and consents,
social security notification, preparation and placement of obituary notice, transfer of
remains from place of death to funeral home, automobile equipment to cemetery,
embalming, visitation, funeral service at funeral home or church, and overhead expenses
relative to our facility such as professional licensing, insurance, building and utility
expenses, taxes, grounds maintenance, and secretarial and administrative expenses.

Additional items such as casket, vault, register book and memorial folders, certified copies
of death certificate, paid newspaper notice, and cemetery charges can vary depending
upon the individual and place of burial.
Graveside Service

Additional items such as casket, vault, register book and memorial folders, certified copies
of death certificate, paid newspaper notice, and cemetery charges can vary depending
upon the individual and place of burial.
Services of Remembrance
A service of your choice, whether it be at the funeral home or church, which provides all
of the same service qualities of the other options along with personalization choices.  The
memory board, display of photographs and personal items such as:  trophies, plaques,
uniforms, golf clubs, fishing rods, gardening tools, quilts, crochet pieces, artwork, etc, are
an option at no additional cost to you.  As you want to remember, the funeral service is for
you the family and there is no better way to comfort yourself and others than to display the
items that meant so much to your loved one.
Memorial Services
A service which is held at the funeral home or church to honor your loved one without the
presence of the body.  A memorial service can be a closure for those who have chosen
cremation without a viewing.  Often times the urn and picture are displayed as the focal
point for the service.  As the costs rise today and families are scattered across the country,
a memorial service can be held for family members not able to make it to the service in
another state.  Our staff will assist you planning a memorial service that will fit your needs.
Cremation
Direct cremation includes transfer of deceased to funeral home, arrangements with family
and others necessary, preparation of all forms and authorizations, notification of social
security, preparation and placement of obituary, transfer of remains to crematory, and a
portion of the overhead expenses relative to our facility.

Additional items such as paid newspaper notice, cremation permit (WV only), certified
death certificates, cremation container, and urn depend upon the individual and the
preference of the family.
Immediate Burial
This is a service where there is no embalming, public or private viewing, or funeral service
at the funeral home.  This is the minimal and most economic service above cremation.  
This includes transfer of remains to funeral home, washing and placement of deceased in
casket, a portion of the overhead expenses relative to our facility, and graveside service
scheduled by the funeral home.  This also includes arrangement with family and others
necessary, preparations and placement of obituary, and transfer of remains to cemetery.

Additional items such as paid newspaper notice, cemetery charges, casket, vault, and
flowers vary depending upon the individual and cemetery.
CERTIFIED COPIES OF THE DEATH CERTIFICATE WILL BE NEEDED FOR:

Collection of life insurance policies (one per company)
Transfering a title to real estate
Transfering automobile/vehicle titles
Selling or transfering stocks, bonds, or mutual funds
Cashing in certificates of deposits before maturity date
Removing deceased's name from bank accounts (one per bank)
Collection of union benefits
